Policies

Reservation Information:

  • Check-in time is between 3:00pm-9:00pm. If you need to arrange a late check-in, please contact our office.
  • Checkout time is by 11:00am
  • A valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card are required at check-in. The person whose name is on the reservation must be present.
  • Guests must be 18 years or older to check in.
  • If you need an early check-in or a late check-out, please note this is not always available but we will try our best to accommodate.
  • Our office hours are 7am-10pm.
  • Please be aware there are no staff on duty from 10pm to 7am. *Holiday hours may vary, please confirm with staff* For an emergency, please dial 911. If you are locked out, please contact the after-hours phone number located at the front entrance of the office.
  • The property requires a 24-hour notice for cancellations. (Which is prior to 3pm the day before arrival) Should you need to cancel or modify your reservation and a 24-hour notice is not received, you will be charged for a one-night stay on your credit card, that you authorized on file.
  • If an early checkout is needed and a 24-hour notice is given, a $5.00 transaction fee will be applied before your refund is processed.
  • Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 7am. Please be considerate of other guests during this period.
  • We offer complimentary coffee and tea from 7am-11am, located at our front office. We do not offer breakfast but will be happy to guide you to a restaurant that can provide a good “home-cooked” meal.

Parking:

  • We’re pleased to provide free, off-street parking for guests. We do not have assigned/designated parking spots. The motel is not responsible for the loss of or damage to vehicles, any contents, accessories of vehicle, or any personal property/property left in parking space and/or parking area resulting from fire, theft, vandalism, conduct of other users of the parking area and other persons, or any casualty or cause.

Payment Information:

  • All major credit cards are accepted.
  • Cash payments require a valid credit card on file or a $100 cash deposit at check-in that is refundable at the time of check-out.
  • Payment for the entire stay, including taxes and fees, is required at check-in.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to split room charges.

Group/Event Information:

Event weekends –

  • Guests will be charged 2 weeks prior to check-in, for their entire stay, to accommodate a quick and smooth check-in process.
  • Should cancellation of the room become necessary, the property must receive a cancellation notification of a minimum of 2 weeks (by 3pm) prior to arrival. Any cancellations made after the cancellation period will be charged for the entire stay.

Groups –

  • Contracted Groups will be charged 72 hours in advance for their entire stay, to accommodate a quick and smooth check-in process.
  • Should a cancellation of the rooms become necessary, the property must receive a cancellation notification of a minimum of 72 hours (by 3pm) prior to arrival by 3pm. Any cancellations made after the cancellation period will be charged for the entire stay.

Guest Room Information:

  • We do not offer daily housekeeping. If you would like fresh towels and/or your garbage taken out, please securely hang your service sign on your door by 11:00 am and we will be more than happy to help. If you stay 4 nights or more, we will service your room within the middle of your stay.
  • Smoking of any substance in the rooms will result in a $150.00 cleaning fee.
  • We respect every guest’s right to privacy and will do our utmost to protect that right. However, if there appears to be evidence to suggest a guest may be involved and/or engaging in illegal activities or is disrupting other guests and/or the property, a motel representative and/or law enforcement may enter a guest room without permission, at any time.
  • DO-NOT DISTURB & ACCESS TO ROOMS: To provide all our guests with an exceptionally clean and safe motel experience, our housekeeping staff will honor the “Do Not Disturb” door hanger once during a 72 hour stay indicating that the room is occupied. After the three days, the housekeeping staff are required to enter the room to clean, check for safety, and verify the condition of the room.
  • We do provide cots/rollaway beds for $15 per night. They are only available in first floor rooms.

Pet Policy:

  • Unfortunately, we do not allow pets or emotional support animals on our property. If there is evidence of a pet in your room, a $150.00 cleaning fee will be applied to your stay, and you will be asked to leave the property.
